Originating from the Santa Madre region of Chiapas, Mexico, this coffee is grown at 1,200 meters above sea level in the Finca de Santa Fé. Classified as Premium Screen 16/18, it is washed and decaffeinated only with water. The result is a very smooth cup, with notes of chocolate and spices, offering a good body and a pleasant aftertaste.
